BSA's National Philmont Training Center is located at the Philmont Scout Ranch near Cimmaron, New Mexico. Your family can attend with you -- there are spouse programs, and programs for boys and girls 1 yr old and older. You stay in platform tents with cots and have access to modern showers and restrooms. If you are interested in attending any of these training's, please contact your local Council.

The Working with Scouts with Disabilities session is one week. There is a fee for Conference Participants, Spouses and Children.

While you are at the training session, others in your group can be on a Mountain Trek or at National Junior Leader Training Course. Fees include all meals, conference and program materials, and lodging.

• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Training Skit

  As part of his Woodbadge ticket Brian Schuldt developed a skit which has been in use since as a training tool in the Chief Seattle Council, WA. This is a great skit for Train the Trainer, Adult Leader Training, Commissioners College, or Pow Wows. It's short and to the point, a great topic for Roundtables. View the skit.
